Crossfit — WOD

"Death by Cards"

All-out for 25 minutes

Hearts = Pull-Ups
Diamonds = Wall Balls
Spades = V-Ups
Clubs = Burpee Deadlifts
Joker = 500 m row

Andy at CrossFit Hollywood would draw a card and I'd do the number of whatever suit came up.

Good one. Hit three clubs in a row at the end (9, Q, J). That was a bear.
