"Crossfit Total"

3 tries for max:
Back squat, 1 rep: 205 fail, 200 fail, 195 fail (heh, I warmed up with 185)
Shoulder Press, 1 rep: 120
Deadlift, 1 rep: took it really easy on my back: 145, 5 reps

Diet:
Stuck to The Zone
