Crossfit — WOD

"Helen"
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
24kg Kettlebell X 21 swings
12 Pull-ups

9:41. First time repeating a WOD, and I beat my last time by 1:11! Did it as prescribed, too (last time did jumping pullups and reduced kettlebell weight)! PR!

Wore a nice hole in my right palm, too...heh.

Stuck to The Zone
