Not a lot of weight compared to some other people, but I'm just glad I was able to do it and start strengthening my back!

Stuck to The Zone
I have been saying that, but over the past month, I have been a bit inconsistent about my Zone diet, even snacking sometimes. I am recommitting to results now.
